
I do enjoy free-motion quilting.... then I've used geometric machine quilting on the borders.

I love this backing fabric - that's George Washington.
The quilt measures 16in x 20in. I can't wait to have a wall of miniature quilts... I have another 6 just waiting to be quilted.. ("Pick me! Pick me!" They are calling...)

I love the backing fabric too. I really want to collect fabrics like these, but somehow I always come home with brights even when I have a different idea in my head.
I can't wait for you to have your wall of mini's either. The Lori Smith pattern made up so well. A surprise to see Washington on the back and he looks rather regal there.
I think I'll start doing mini's too (as soon as I get done with this big project I am working on....)
