Finally!!

I've finally added the last sides of the last border onto Lizzie Mae's Medallion.
And, I was able to spread it out on the carpet at home.
I was thinking about adding a brown binding after quilting. Perhaps it needs blue. What do you think?

Can I say Red/Brown like in the star on the second to last border :-)

What a stunning quilt! I brown would look good, but so would a darker blue (something that wouldn't draw the eye too much).

Great work!

Your gorgeous quilt certainly caught not only my attention but also took my breath away!I have a divine attraction to medallion quilts. Finding your post today makes my heart race with the possibility of creating another medallion quilt. Appliqued centerpiece is astounding, I must know more about it, is this a pattern available for sale or an original design?
I would add a blue binding to constrast with the pieced bordered edge!

It's amazing! I absolutely love it. I think either blue or brown would work for a binding. Isn't that helpful?

Wow!! This looks amazing! Either color binding would be nice, but seeing it on your carpet with a little dark of the carpet framing it, I'm leaning toward a brown. Your fabrics are so spot on for this project and your technique is inspiring!

Hmmm...must order this pattern. Threadbear is going to know me on a first name basis, as I recently ordered that basket pattern from them! (they should give you a "cut" of the profit since your picture is inspiring pattern ordering!)
