Strawberry tops are bottom

Well, this is the strawberry block (so far) for the Civil War Bride Quilt (block 10).

I've got a lot of strawberry tops left to add on - they are all pointy bits!

I have a hankering for smooth curves. I think I will do the grapes block after this one.

I can see those pointy tops would get to you fast and make you long for smooth curves. The points take time.
