This is the Christmas tablecloth I've been sewing since I started living in the caravan (yep, everything is by hand these days)..... It's a pre-printed linen (even with the hems done! PLUS the gold edging is pre-machine-embroidered). 
All I've had to do is embroider the birds and holly. Awww... how beautiful....
There's not much to go, but I am running out of embroidery thread in the greens. I must go into the local shop to match the colour with some DMC.
